I plan, build and launch websites and apps for your products.

Founder. AI Solutions Architect. Project Manager.

Personal philosophy: quality over slop.

Mitchell Geezil

What I do

  • Websites. Copy, design, build and launch on your own domain, with booking or payments if you take them.
  • Web apps. Accounts, your data, payments and an admin screen. The real version of the idea, built to be added to.
  • iPhone and Android apps. Native apps for both stores. I handle the App Store and Google Play submissions and the review.
  • Rescues. Already have something half built or vibe coded? I audit it and give you a straight answer and a fix plan.
  • Project lead for hire. I run your software project or rollout: scope, vendors, timeline, testing, launch, and the updates to your team.

Every project starts with a one-week scope. You pay for the week, you get a plan and a fixed price, and the fee comes off the build if we go ahead. No hourly surprises.

About me

I work with small businesses, entrepreneurs and founders to create, execute and deliver properly scoped technical solutions. In plain English.

I spent years shipping software with engineering teams at health tech companies. Software that impacted millions of patients and providers. If implemented poorly, the consequences were a matter of life or death. The margin for error was little to none. I moved from healthcare to coaching group fitness in the health and wellness industry.

Then I built my own product, Popcoach, from nothing to a full-blown iOS fitness app marketplace. I've sat on both sides of the table. I understand the importance of timelines and communication, but also the attention to detail required to ship quality products.

I'm a project manager. As technical as they come. And a total freaking nerd.

I also know slop when I see it. With today's tech, anyone can generate an app in an afternoon. Most of them should never be handed to a paying customer.

But that does not mean the available tools are bad. I use the same AI tools. But AI tools do not intrinsically build with an architectural lens. They spin up pretty front-end designs, but the user typically lacks the discipline needed to create proper backend database design, security infrastructure, monitoring and testing tools, and so much more. I can spot a vibe-coded site from a mile away.

What I built

Popcoach: a booking and payments marketplace for fitness coaches, built from nothing to a live web app and an iPhone app on the App Store, with Android on the way. Real money, real customers, every day.
